Phil Pergola
VP of Customer Support
Phil Pergola leads BladeLogic's customer support organization and is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and delivering world-class technical support. Prior to his current role, Phil was a director within BladeLogic's professional services and product management organizations. He has over twelve years of data center management experience.
Prior to joining BladeLogic, Phil was the Director of Operations for Breakaway Solutions, where he was responsible for managing all level-1 hosting operations across 11 data centers. Other responsibilities included re-engineering all incident, problem and change management processes, and implementing service desk and monitoring systems. Phil began his career at Accenture implementing database-centric technology solutions across a wide variety of vertical industries. He holds an AB degree from Boston College.
