To register an account for managing Bladelogic licenses, please submit a ticket with BMC support either through the Support Issue Management Web Portal or by Email using the following ticket summary: "Request for Bladelogic Licensing Portal Access".

Please provide all the following mandatory information in the ticket:

  • approval email for licensing access from your company primary contact responsible for Bladelogic
  • desired login name
  • We will then proceed with your account creation and provide instructions for resetting your password.
