LEADING COMPANIES SHOWCASE ADOPTION OF DATA CENTER AUTOMATION SOFTWARE AT 2005 BLADELOGIC USER CONFERENCE
BladeLogic Customers Including Capgemini, priceline.com and Chicago Mercantile Exchange, as well as Industry Analyst Firm Forrester Research Tout the Emergence of Data Center Automation
Cambridge, MA, May 5, 2005—BladeLogic, the leading provider of data center automation software, today kicked off its first ever BladeLogic User Conference event in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Several BladeLogic customers, including representatives from Capgemini, priceline.com and Chicago Mercantile Exchange, as well as Galen Schreck, senior analyst at Forrester Research, will offer discussions and presentations touting the emergence and adoption of data center automation software solutions such as BladeLogic Operations Manager™. The conference runs from May 5-6 at the Charles Hotel in Harvard Square.
The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for BladeLogic customers to share their experiences, practical insights, and best practices concerning data center automation. Conference presentations will cover a wide range of data center automation topics including bare metal provisioning, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, patch management, change management, application release management and dependency mapping.
