Dev Ittycheria Receives Award for his Contributions to New England's Technology Community
Waltham, MA, October 12, 2005—BladeLogic, the leading provider of data center automation software, today announced that BladeLogic CEO Dev Ittycheria was honored by the Mass Technology Leadership Council for his contributions to the development and deployment of technologies that address critical business issues.
The 2005 Mass Technology Leadership Awards continue an eight-year tradition, begun by the New England Business and Technology Association (NEBATA), of honoring the region's technology and business leaders. The Mass Technology Leadership Council was formed by the combination of NEBATA and the Mass Software Council earlier this year. The awards were announced last week at a ceremony in Boston.

Thirty finalists were announced in May and final selections were based on nominee achievements, experiences and insights that were provided by the nominees through subsequent panels and interactions. Selections were made by a voting process among the Council's selection committee and key advisors.
