BladeLogic Software Services Pvt. Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is located in Pune, India. As an integral part of BladeLogic’s global research and development organization, the R&D facility in India will help BladeLogic significantly increase its software engineering capacity to expand and enhance its award-winning and industry-leading suite of data center automation software.
Data center automation has emerged as a large new market opportunity in IT as organizations have transitioned their data centers from legacy computing platforms to the web computing model. This architectural change has created a discontinuity in the marketplace because existing software solutions are not designed to effectively address today’s data center management challenges. The new research and development center in Pune, one of India’s
