THIRD QUARTER 2007 RESULTS

report its fiscal third quarter 2007 financial results after the
U.S. financial markets close on Wednesday, August 22, 2007. Following
the announcement, BladeLogic will hold a conference call to discuss
the results and provide an update on management’s expectations
